The OnSeason founders didn't discover the OTA problem from a pitch deck. They lived it. Before starting OnSeason, the team founded, scaled, and eventually exited one of Europe's largest short-term rental management companies — operating thousands of rentals over seven years.

Every month, 15–20% of revenue disappeared to OTA commissions. Guests became Airbnb customers, not theirs. Years of hard work and hospitality expertise went into building someone else's brand instead of their own. The guest data, the relationships, the repeat bookings — all of it stayed on the platform.

OnSeason exists to fix that — not as a theory, but because the team experienced the problem firsthand and decided to build the solution they wished had existed. We started by building Calry, the industry's only unified PMS API, connecting 40+ property management systems through a single integration. Then we built an AI website builder, a zero-commission booking engine, and a distribution network that lets managers sell direct, earn referral revenue, and grow on their own terms.
